As she grows in life it brings me hope to my every day to be strong and resilient for her while she adapts to this world with her special needs.
That’s when Morocco began to offer more to me, not just as a country so close to my heart, but as a living heritage of organic traditions. Being inspired by everything this beautiful land and people offered. A gift of golden Moroccan honey, thick and fragrant, a taste so fresh it seemed to carry the sun-drenched meadows of North Africa straight into our kitchen. Sharing a spoonful with my loving family became a ritual—a reminder that nature’s simplest gifts could bring the most comfort and delight.

Not long after I was gifted with my second daughter who inspired me to push further with my goals in life, that is when I was inspired to have a name that is treasured and above value to be fitting with the products behind it. Ayalina is the names of my daughters put together, so it can always inspire me to put integrity and values above what humans are capable of being.
